Rather than purchasing another house, many homeowners renovate or undertake special projects for their existing residences by remodeling areas, increasing energy efficiency, updating styles or expanding areas. We enjoy working on such unique projects—any style, any aera–because they make great use of our skills and creativity. For example, we style new doors and windows, enhance historic craftsmanship, refinish basements, add garages, put on new roofs, enclose porches and transform one room into another, such as a bedroom into an office. We’ll even dig a basement or crawl space under a new home area. Other projects may include heated driveways, chimneys, fireplaces, heated bathroom floors, patios and decks. Inside, we may add entertainment centers, fireplaces, built-in bookcases, skylights, frame and panel wainscoting, crown moldings or wood flooring.
